   2. Click "Submit"

   3. You might notice
       after the page
       returns the
       information is
       empty.  Don't
       worry though, it
       just sent an email
       with all your info
       to us.  Proceed to
       step 4. :) 

   4. Click "Donate"
       and follow the
       PayPal prompts to
       make a donation
       in the amount
       corresponding to
       the Level you
       selected.

   5. All Done!
